OPENING CONTAINER: One month before the retreat you will receive an invitation into the retreat group channel where you will have access to beautiful exercises. They will help you get started with understanding deeper where you’re standing in your life, so you’ll already have a clearer awareness of your habits and patterns, even before you arrive at the retreat.

The online container will also continue one month after the retreat, so that you are supported with implementing your insights and transformation into your everyday life.

Every day on the retreat, you will be introduced to a different theme that helps you unfold your authentic, soulful essence. We have a special emphasis on practical learning and applications so that you can take home a suitcase full of tools (backed up with scientifically proven methods) to continue to take care of your newly planted seeds and continue your soulful transformation. Our sessions are lively and engaging, inviting you to dive fearlessly into the depths of your being to uncover hidden insights and truths. In this safe and supportive space, we will transform together - rising like a phoenix, empowered and cleansed from the old burdens.

We offer you a playful learning ground, where you get to lean into more soulful and intuitive aspects of yourself and life, away from the mind’s strict, old and limited ways. This is an invitation to embrace your own inner knowing, your internal compass, that already knows

That’s why we will work with your subconscious mind to get hold of old, stuck and limiting patterns that have held you back from your most healthy & vibrant life - and then placing healthy beliefs to change your subconscious operating belief system. We will be using methods such as EFT, visualisation, energy and body work to start shifting your old subconscious programming into a new one that serves your highest good.

Stored emotions and memories tend to live long in our body - this is why it’s essential to go into the body to release and clear them out, so we can step into a lighter way of being and living. You’ll be releasing stored emotions from your body through daily somatic work and relaxation practices.

No prior experience in yoga or any other types of somatic embodiment is required to attend the retreat.

There will be an opening ceremony to set the most supportive & powerful energy for our week, set our intentions, welcome magic to accompany us and start the journey together as one united group of loving sisters. We'll hold a powerful ‘Rebirth’ ceremony on the final day to cleanse ourselves of limiting beliefs, commit to our soul's callings and welcome the emergence of the next version of ourselves into this world - embracing the inner alchemist who lives inside of us and is able to create the life we came here to live. Throughout the week there will be smaller rituals to connect with the soulful side of life.

This is a space for authentic connections, laughter, and tears within a genuinely supportive sisterhood. Our aim is to redefine sisterhood as authenticity, pure support, encouragement, healing and love. In a world often marked by competition and fear among women, we strive to nurture non-judgmental connections where healing and rising together is celebrated.

We will have incredible guest teachers coming to share their gifts and knowledge with us - so that we can take our learnings onto the next level and be filled with inspiration of living this life to the max!

We'll be enjoying nutritious, homemade vegetarian meals made by our nutrition expert. Each meal is crafted with love using local ingredients,mindful of nourishing the body, mind and soul.
