In this space, you’ll learn what it means to accept and love all parts of yourself, and have a profound inner connection to your Heart and Higher Self —leading you back home to your own inner knowing, answers and Love.

I am a certified Life Coach, Akashic Records Reader, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner.

Above all trainings, it is the medicine I was blessed to receive first that guides me—and it is from that place I now guide others in 1:1 spaces and retreats. It is my deepest honour to share the wisdom and tools gathered through 10 years of lived experience on this path of healing and spiritual awakening. Through it all, Love has always been my greatest anchor, compass, and teacher.
